About Growing Minds
Every child grows differently
Our care does too.
At Growing Minds ABA Services in Pickering, we're a passionate team providing personalized, ethical, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism and other developmental needs. Our journey began with a simple goal: to make a real difference for children and the families who love them.
From in-home sessions to social groups at our centre, we build each program around your child's strengths and goals, helping them grow in independence, communication, and social skills. Our skilled team brings compassionate care to every session, in a nurturing, supportive environment where children feel safe to learn.
And we do it with you, working alongside families every step of the way to create lasting, meaningful change that carries into everyday life.

HOW WE GET TO KNOW YOUR CHILD
The assessments behind every program
PEAK Relational Training System
PEAK is a fun, research-backed program that helps kids learn how to learn. Through games and hands-on activities, children practise making connections between ideas, using language in new situations, and solving problems on their own.
ABLLS-R
The ABLLS-R helps us get to know exactly what your child can already do and what they're ready to learn next. It looks at everyday skills like talking, listening, playing, and taking care of themselves.
Socially Savvy
Socially Savvy is all about helping kids make friends and feel confident in social situations. Through guided play and simple, step-by-step activities, children practise taking turns, greeting others, and joining in group activities.
